Address Book

The address book feature provides users with an easy way to store and manage contacts.

The platform allows for maximum flexibility in populating contact data including the ability to add an unlimited number of email or IM address per contact, and fields for personal, work, or home information.

Users have the ability to create multiple address books if needed for multiple businesses or for personal use.

The address books can also easily be shared with other users in your domain or easily exported in order to update contacts list in a 3rd party system that does not support synchronization, such as mass marketing services.
